Mission Statement

The mission of the Kansas Coordinating Council on Early Childhood Developmental Services is to ensure that a comprehensive service delivery system of integrated services is available in Kansas to all children with or at risk of developmental delays from birth through age five and their families.

New Members Needed

The Kansas ICC would like to invite nominations of those persons interested in being appointed by the Governor to serve a four-year term. We are looking for members in all three categories: parents of a child with a disability, general public and providers of services to young children.

To express your interest, you may contact Doug Bowman. An application will be need to be completed and sent to the Governor’s office. The Governor will make the appointments this summer.
